I am around 23 hours, nearing the ending. Voices are decent in Japanese, you get English subtitles only. Fast travel is there but the game keep turning the option off, unless you complete a world. And yah, you have to do saving points a lot. Otherwise, I did enjoy the exploration power, the memory area, the hysteria stuff. One region, the water temple, is difficult to navigate. I especially dislike how women are excessively exaggerated.
